/srv/git -> /var/git
Did cgit guide when I was pretty new to self host stuff and never figured out
why scanning or http cloning never worked. Eventually I stumbled into in, and I
just wanna fix it for everyone.

Without this fix my Cgit instance didn't work properly.
Repos would show up, but only the latest commit could be accessed.
Also "tree" and "log" didn't work for each commit.
This PR hopes to fix it.

Instead of adding several new paragraphs, just keep it simple and say
it's doing it as part of the base guide.
